Standard postage rates are £2.00 for the first item and 50p for each item thereafter (excluding items marked * )
All goods will be sent by first class mail within seven days of order.
Any items marked * will be subject to a surcharge based on the weight of the item. This surcharge only applies to certain heavy chainmail items.
Orders over £100 (not including items marked * ) are post free.

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from The Cornish Jewellery Collection. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to ensure the situation is rectified so that you are happy with your purchase.
Items can be exchanged for goods of the same value, we may offer a credit on your account or a full refund can be given. Return postage will not be refunded unless the item is damaged.
If an item is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the cost of the goods in full within 30 days.

Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.
